Pre-order Notice — please read.
Items with different release dates. If you order pre-order items whose release dates are far apart, there are only two options:
- One combined shipment — everything ships together, timed to the latest-releasing item's release date.
- Separate shipments — place a separate order for each release, so each can ship as it becomes available.
If anything is unclear, just tell us directly what you'd like to order and we'll prepare your quote smoothly.
Payment secures your pre-order. Pre-order items are reserved for you only once payment is received. Payment is therefore required at the time your pre-order is confirmed — this is not a pay-on-shipment arrangement. If payment is not made, we will not hold the item for you.
