How can I place an order?

What products do you sell?
We carry Japanese Pokémon card booster boxes, cases, single cards, graded cards, exclusive items, Chinese Pokémon cards, and One Piece cards. If you are interested in other products, please feel free to ask.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Wise or PayPal (Goods & Services).
Please note that pre-order items can only be paid through Wise.
Are there any payment fees?
Payment via Wise: Free of charge.
Payment via PayPal (Goods & Services): 5% of the total amount.
Can I track my order?
es. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Do you sell English Pokémon cards?
No, we only deal in Japanese and Chinese versions.
Is domestic shipping within Japan available?
We only sell to customers outside of Japan. Domestic delivery is not available.
How long does it take to ship an order?
In most cases, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that certain special-order items may take longer. Shipments are not processed on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch, depending on the region. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier congestion, or customs procedures in the destination country.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx or DHL, depending on which service offers the most cost-effective and safest option for the destination.
Are prices always fixed?
No. The Japanese Pokémon card market is highly dynamic, and our prices fluctuate accordingly based on the market in Japan.
Do you ship to the U.S. under DDU or DDP?
We only ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that when you make your payment, you will also be charged import duties (15%) and a customs processing fee (3%) together with the product cost. There is no risk of double payment of duties.
Do you accept pre-orders for new releases?
Yes, we do accept pre-orders for upcoming sets.
Why are cases more expensive than boxes?
Cases are more limited and hold higher collectible value, which makes them more reliable and desirable for our customers.
How much are customs duties?
Customs duties vary by country. Please check the regulations in your own country for details regarding import duties.
